Job summary

Choice Support in Milton Keynes is seeking Bank Support Workers to help people with learning disabilities, autistic people and those with mental health needs live fulfilling lives.

You’ll support daily activities, meals, and social participation, with supervision from senior staff to maintain safe boundaries. This role requires flexibility for a 24-hour service, including weekly sleep-ins, and a commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care.

We're looking for Bank Support Workers to join our amazing teams in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

No two days will be the same supporting people to achieve their very best. You will have a varied array of tasks whilst on shift; everything from cooking & cleaning, taking part in activities and games, managing challenging behaviours and even putting your feet up watching TV with the people you are supporting. We aim to create a positive, relaxed home environment where the people we support feel safe, supported & listened to. You will be supported and guided by senior staff members to establish appropriate boundaries, manage behaviours effectively and nurture the people we support towards positive futures.

This is a 24-hour service 7 days a week, so flexibility is required.

You will be required to do weekly sleep-ins.
