Mitchells & Butler PLC is hiring a Part Time Assistant Manager at the Mermaid in Marske-by-the-Sea. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, and focus on delivering an excellent guest experience. You will mentor staff and drive performance in a friendly, fast-paced pub restaurant environment.
