Job summary

Moorlands is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the business and leading the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, motivate the team, and ensure service standards are met. On-site accommodation is included, with pension, paid leave, and employee perks across the Mitchells & Butlers brands.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Customer service oriented with guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create memorable guest experiences.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
