Fifth Wheel Recruitment Ltd is seeking Class 1 drivers in Luton for trunking and container work, with night shifts and long hours. The role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis after 12 weeks, with immediate starts and weekly pay.

You must hold a Class 1 licence, DCPC, and Digi-tacho, with up to 6 points accepted and no DD/TT/DR/CD/IN endorsements. UK residency and right-to-work are required.

Job Title: Class 1 Driver (Trunking and Container work)

Location: Luton

Shifts: Monday to Sunday on Nights (10/12 hour shifts - minimum 8 hours paid)

Drivers: PAYE

Opportunity: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 1 Drivers in Luton to work with our client, who provides specialist supply chain solutions, throughout the UK; focusing mainly on the retail and foodservice industries.

Those with weekend availability will be prioritised during the recruitment process.

About you:

You must have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.

As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements.

You must be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs or relocation) and have the relevant Right To Work documentation.
