You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems across various brands, replace components such as screens and batteries, and maintain detailed repair records. A clean, organized workspace and effective stock management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Mobile Repairing or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software, including various brands (iOS, Android, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of mobile device issues, including hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and connectivity problems.
• Repair and replace faulty components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, including parts used and time spent.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, answering queries regarding their mobile devices.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Assist with stock management, ensuring repair parts and tools are readily available.
