The Best Connection is recruiting an LGV C+E Class 1 driver for shifts based in East Leake and Gotham, working for a major international logistics company. The role emphasizes no handball and involves curtain-sider loads with 1–4 drops per shift.

Candidates should hold an LGV C+E licence with a digital tachograph card and a qualification card. New passes are accepted after a required assessment, and start times range from 17:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred but new passes accepted after assessment.

Responsibilities

• 1–4 drops per shift.
• Liaise with transport team on daily route.
• Adhere to Working Time & Tachograph Regulations.
• Pre-vehicle and trailer checks.
• Load checks and related paperwork/debrief.

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 driver(s) to work for our client based in East Leake and Gotham

for a major international logistics company. The company is the UK's biggest supplier of plaster boards. There is no handball in this role.

Candidates need an LGV C+E Licence accompanied with digital tachograph card and qualification card,1 year experience preferred but they will accept new passes as you are required to pass an assessment.

The role of LGV C+E Class one driver.

• Monday to Friday
• Start times available between 17:00-19:00.
• You will be required to do 1-4 drops per shift
• No handball just pulling curtains on single deck trailer
• Liaise with transport team on daily route
• Adhering To All Working Time & Tachograph Regulations
• Pre Vehicle & Trailer Checks
• Load Checks
• Completing All Related Paper Work & Debrief Information
