Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting Class 1 (C+E) drivers for curtain-sider deliveries with 3-5 drops and timed routes. Shifts run Mon–Fri with 17:00–19:00 starts; pay is £18.00 per hour, with overtime at £20.00 per hour after 45 hours.

This temp-to-perm position offers long‑term prospects, ongoing work through 2026, and perks such as CPC training, online payslips, a contributory pension, and optional personal accident insurance.

• Operate Curtainsider trailers

About the Role

Class 1 (C+E) - Main duties and requirements are:

• Curtainsider trailers
• 3-5 drops with timed deliveries
• Pre loaded vehicles

Ensuring your load is safe and secure

Completion of delivery paperwork

Maximum 6 points accepted ( No DD/ DR offences)

Vehicle checks

Working Hours

• 17:00pm - 19:00pm starts
• Mon - Fri shifts

Pay

£18.00 per hour

£20.00 per hour overtime

(after 45 hours)
