Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking HGV Class 1 (C+E) Day Shift Drivers to join our client at the Middlesbrough depot. You will operate a Class One vehicle, handling mainly container work in a brand new fleet, with adhoc and long-term assignments available.

Applicants must hold a valid C+E licence with up to 6 points, no DD/DR endorsements, and up-to-date CPC and Digi card, plus a minimum of 12 months driving experience.

The Best Connection are working closely in partnership with our client to source additional

HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) DAY SHIFT DRIVERS to work from their Middlesbrough depot.

*We have adhoc as well as long term roles available*

The role:

• Safe operation of a Class One (C+E) vehicle.
• Mainly Container work
• Brand new fleet

The candidate:

• "C+E" licence with no more than 6 points and no DD or DR endorsements.
• In date CPC and Digi card.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.

Hours of work:

• 06:00 Start however, start times can vary due to delivery schedule

Pay Rates:

• £14.04 per hour for first 8 hours per day
• £21.06 per hour after 8 hours per day.
