As a Complex Needs Project Worker your role will be to support the Manager with facilitating Young Person goal plans and will work extensively with them to advise on re-housing options. You will make referrals to other agencies in relation to temporary and permanent accommodation in conjunction with our resettlement team.

You will liaise with Social Services, Benefits Agencies, Housing Department, Resettlement Worker, Health and Safety and other relevant agencies, on matters affecting prospective and current clients of the service. Part of your role will be to promote mental health recovery and seek treatment and recovery for substance misuse where applicable.

This a challenging role and you may be faced with complex situations and difficult behaviours and needs, so you will need to be able to adapt your approach to engage with a diverse cliental.
