Job summary

Roundabout Ltd in Rotherham is seeking a Project Worker to support homeless young people aged 16-25. You will work face to face with individuals with complex needs, delivering high-quality, person-centred housing-related support across emergency accommodation and tenancy sustainment.

As the first point of contact with services, you will tailor support to each person’s needs, helping them access employment, training and independent living skills while promoting wellbeing and reducing risk.

Qualifications

• Supporting homeless young people aged 16-25 in Rotherham.
• Providing high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with complex needs.
• Building independent living skills, wellbeing and employment readiness.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact with services, offering one-to-one tailored support.
• Deliver intensive housing-related support across emergency accommodation, short-term stays and tenancy sustainment.
• Work on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
