Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Livingston is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead and train chefs, ensure the branded menu is followed, and help deliver great food across shifts.

You will oversee ordering, prep, and stock control while driving cleanliness, health and hygiene standards and target achievement. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to progress within the company.
