Job summary

Brucefield Farm in Livingston is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train Chefs, manage food ordering, stock control and ensure health and hygiene standards while working with a branded menu.

This role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, progression opportunities and a supportive team culture. Join us and help deliver great meals for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and guiding staff to deliver quality meals.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe food handling.
• Ability to manage stock, food orders and menu execution.
• Experience working with a branded menu and maintaining standards.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
