Job summary

Brucefield Farm, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead the team, train chefs, manage stock, and ensure adherence to brand menus while driving performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety standards.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
