Mitchells & Butlers is recruiting a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader for Bartlewood Lodge/Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery. You will support the Head Chef, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure the menu is executed with pride.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and team supervision.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver quality food.
• Knowledge of health & hygiene regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and maintain consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
