Bartlewood Lodge, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to train and develop a capable team. You will manage the branded menu, drive performance, and ensure food quality across shifts.

You will oversee orders, stock control, and hygiene compliance while fostering a positive, customer‑focused team culture that delivers great meals and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
