Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is assisting a nursery in Leyland to recruit a Nursery Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure outstanding care and education for children from birth to pre-school.

You will develop a safe, stimulating environment, manage staff, monitor standards (EYFS/Ofsted), and drive performance with a strong focus on quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Minimum two years early years experience.
• Early years management experience preferable.
• ICT qualification or very good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education inspection Framework.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning.
• Effectively manage the day to day running of the nursery delivering outstanding standards of care and education in partnership with colleagues, parents and children.
