Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a good Ofsted-rated nursery for children from birth to five years. You will inspire a dedicated team, ensure high standards of care and education, and oversee safeguarding, budgets, and engagement with families and external professionals.

The role focuses on day-to-day management, staff development, and continuous improvement to prepare for future Ofsted inspections in a spacious, child-centred setting.

Qualifications

• Proven Nursery Manager experience is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
• Experience managing operational and commercial aspects of a busy nursery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
