Job summary

Future Care Solutions is recruiting Home Carers to support individuals to live independently in their own homes in Letchworth and surrounding areas. No prior care experience is required, with comprehensive paid training to enable you to provide compassionate, dignified support.

You will help clients stay safe and comfortable at home, with duties ranging from personal care and mobility assistance to meal prep and medication support.

  • Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help people continue living independently in the comfort of their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans

Assisting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence

Supporting mobility and safe movement around the home

Administering or assisting with medication

Helping with meal preparation and household tasks

Running essential errands and supporting access to the community

Building positive relationships and providing companionship

Reporting changes in wellbeing and contributing to high-quality care delivery

Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and alternate weekends

Able to travel independently between client visits, with access to a reliable vehicle or, for candidates working in suitable local areas, an alternative form of transport such as an e-bike or bicycle
