Your responsibilities may include:
Providing person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans
Assisting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence
Supporting mobility and safe movement around the home
Administering or assisting with medication
Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
Running essential errands and supporting access to the community
Building positive relationships and providing companionship
Reporting changes in wellbeing and contributing to high-quality care delivery
No previous care experience is required.

We're looking for people who are:
Compassionate, caring and committed to supporting others
Reliable, professional and trustworthy
Willing to learn and complete relevant qualifications, including the Care Certificate
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and alternate weekends
Able to travel independently between client visits, with access to a reliable vehicle or, for candidates working in suitable local areas, an alternative form of transport such as an e-bike or bicycle
Eligible to work in the UK

Earn between £13.71 - £20.57 per hour, with enhanced rates available for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
