Job summary

Future Care Solutions is seeking compassionate Home Carers to support individuals to live independently in their own homes across the community. You will follow care plans, promote dignity, and provide practical assistance to help clients stay safe and comfortable.

We offer comprehensive paid training and ongoing support, with opportunities for career development. Roles involve traveling between client visits, flexible shifts including evenings and alternate weekends, and competitive hourly pay.

• Competitive Pay Earn between £13.71 - £20.57 per hour, with enhanced rates available for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Paid Training & Induction Receive comprehensive paid training and ongoing support from day one.
• Earn £150 for every successful referral who joins our team.
• All successful candidates will be subject to safer recruitment checks in line with CQC requirements and best practice standards.
