Job summary

Future Care Solutions in Letchworth is seeking compassionate Home Carers to support clients living independently in their own homes. No prior care experience is required; full paid training and ongoing support are provided to build a rewarding career in care.

You will help with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, errands, and companionship, ensuring clients feel safe, valued, and independent in familiar surroundings.

What You'll Bring

• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and alternate weekends
• Able to travel independently between client visits, with access to a reliable vehicle or, for candidates working in suitable local areas, an alternative form of transport such as an e‑bike or bicycle
• Eligible to work in the UK
