Job summary

Role information:

We are seeking a Project Manager to assist in the development and management of cyclical maintenance programmes, planned improvement and remedial works, including but not exclusive to the electrical testing programme, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems and associated equipment, lifting equipment maintenance, gates, barriers and auto doors, door entry, warden call and targeted sustainability initiatives to our extensive property portfolio.

With a sound technical background, you will support managers in the day to management of maintenance visits and remedial works highlighted by tenants, visiting staff or incumbent maintenance contractors, assist in producing tender documents and procure works which will be delivered to ensure continued legal compliance.

You will have excellent customer service and contractor management skills and be able to give clear advice and explanation of work that is needed or being carried out to our residents.

You will demonstrate current knowledge of all relevant legislation and Health & Safety regulations and make sure all work is completed to a high-quality standard.
