Job summary

Jigsaw Homes Group is seeking a competent contractor planning professional to join the Responsive Resource & Planning Team in England. You will provide a structured approach to electrical planning and scheduling while supporting responsive repairs where needed, working with a large team of technicians.

The role emphasises customer focus, enthusiasm, and organisation, with a strong culture of delivering quality housing services across over 37,500 homes in the North West and East Midlands.

Qualifications

• Structured and organised approach to electrical planning & scheduling.

• Experience in responsive repairs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, cost-effective electrical planning & scheduling.
• Support responsive repairs and pass work to technicians.
• Collaborate with the Asset Management team to maintain service standards.

Job description

You will be joining the Responsive Resource & Planning Team which supports the delivery of responsive repairs, planning to a team of over eighty technicians.

The role is to provide a structured, efficient & cost-effective approach to electrical planning & scheduling and, on occasion, all responsive repairs. It requires someone who is enthusiastic, organised, dynamic, motivated & customer-focused.

The team provide cover between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and are involved with passing work to our technicians on our out-of-hours service.
