Job summary

The Bridge East Midlands is hiring a Senior Homelessness Prevention and Recovery Worker. You will manage a small caseload and provide intensive, flexible, relationship-based support to people experiencing rough sleeping, repeated or long-term homelessness, or at risk of returning to the streets.

You will help clients find and sustain accommodation, overcome barriers, and build confidence, independence and community connections while working with partners to achieve lasting change.

Working persistently and creatively alongside each person and our partners, you will recognise that lasting change takes time and is not always a straight path.
