Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily store operations, guide a team across departments, and ensure a great customer experience.

You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day queries, coach colleagues, and lead the store in the Manager’s absence. Hours are scheduled within availability windows, with a minimum 16 hours per week and pay from £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in certain locations.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.

You will be responsible for
