Tesco PLC in Weymouth is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee in-store operations, lead a team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will coordinate across store areas, handle day-to-day queries, and model service excellence while supporting colleagues and maintaining store standards.

The role offers flexible working options, a minimum weekly commitment, and benefits. Candidates must be at least 18 and ready to lead with vision and empathy.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
