Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a site-based Maintenance Electrician to join our client in Leeds on a permanent basis. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems to ensure safety and reliability.

The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary (£42,000 - £46,000), 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and training, development and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and ensure longevity of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, such as wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.

CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our client on a permanent basis, who are a leading provider in facilities management solutions, delivering top-tier services across FMCG/commercial industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial settings, as they will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

This is a site based opportunity, located in Leeds.

• Competitive salary between £42,000 - £46,000 per annum (depending on experience)
