Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our established FM maintenance team in Wakefield.

You will deliver planned, reactive, and lifecycle electrical maintenance across the contract, with electrical distribution and lighting as core duties and occasional general maintenance tasks. The role requires NVQ Level 3 Electrical, 18th Edition, C&G 2391, AM2/AM2S, IPAF/MEWP licence, & a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar FM environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• C&G 2391 or equivalent.
• AM2 / AM2S qualification.
• IPAF/MEWP licence required.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Electrical fault finding, repairs and installation work
• Maintain electrical distribution and lighting systems
• Complete maintenance records and NICEIC documentation
• Update jobs using PDA/tablet-based FM systems
• Ensure work is completed safely and within contractual timescales
• Support other maintenance team members
• Participate in the on-call rota

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider in Wakefield.

Working as part of an established maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance across the contract. Electrical maintenance will be your core trade, although you may also be required to assist with other general maintenance tasks within your level of competence.
