Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd seeks a skilled Vehicle Technician for a busy workshop in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. This role offers a clear path to develop your career within a well-established business that values expertise and reliability.

You will service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, with a competitive starting salary (£32,000+) and OTE over £35,000. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a Saturday morning shift and a day off in the week.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair preferred.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a professional workshop.
• Strong knowledge of servicing, mechanical repairs and fault diagnosis.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Perform mechanical repairs and diagnose faults.
• Replace brakes, suspension components, exhausts and other parts.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Keep the workshop clean, safe and professional at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and standards.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
