Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Scotland is hiring Production Operators for an established automotive parts supplier in Larkhall. You will work on a 12-hour continental shift pattern, day and night, across a 14-day rotation, to help ensure products meet quality standards.

The role offers £15.00 per hour with overtime paid at enhanced rates. Full-time contract, training and development, modern facilities, and potential progression to a permanent position are on offer.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping to ensure production runs smoothly while maintaining excellent quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating production machinery and working as part of a team to produce high-quality automotive parts
• Monitoring machine performance and making minor adjustments when required
• Carrying out detailed visual quality inspections at various stages of production
• Recording production data accurately to support performance monitoring
• Packing and preparing finished goods ready for shipment
• Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and quality
