Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking Production Operators for a busy manufacturing site in Lesmahagow (ML11). You will work across bucket and block production lines, loading, palletising and despatch preparation while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with no weekend work and offers training, support and opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working across bucket and block production lines, helping to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating equipment across bucket and block production lines
• Loading buckets onto production lines
• Carrying out heavy manual handling
• Palletising finished goods
• Wrapping pallets in preparation for despatch
• Following production processes to maintain excellent quality standards
• Adhering to Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the production area
