Escape is recruiting Production Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in Livingston. This long‑term position offers competitive rates of pay (£16.12–£17.79 per hour) with full training and opportunities to develop skills across multiple departments.

You will work in a clean, modern environment, follow SOPs, operate equipment safely, monitor quality, minimise waste and complete production documentation. The role supports continuous improvement and health and safety compliance.

Location: Livingston

Rate of Pay: £16.12 - £17.79 per hour (depending on shift pattern)

Shift Patterns Available

• 12-hour shifts
• Continental Shift Pattern (4 on, 4 off)
