Waythrough is recruiting a Crisis Recovery Worker for the Blackpool area to support people in the community, focusing on personal goals and recovery. This role forms part of our Community Crisis service across Lancashire, bringing flexible, compassionate support to those in need.
You will liaise with clinical teams, help manage risk, and engage with local partners to promote services, while empowering individuals to lead their own recovery in a supportive community setting.
Location: 259 Whitegate Drive, Blackpool, FY3 9JL and to work across Lancashire services when needed.
Working Hours: 0 hour contract
Contract: Casual
Salary: £13.45 per hour
