Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Worker to join the Derby City Life Links team, offering person-centred support to people on their recovery journeys. You will help individuals manage wellbeing, develop life skills and build confidence, while maintaining records and liaising with partners to ensure safe, effective service delivery.

In this 37-hour-per-week fixed-term role, you will manage your own caseload, create meaningful, achievable, person-centred plans, and empower people to take control

We're looking for a Recovery Worker to join our team at Derby City Life Links , providing person-centred support to people on their individual recovery journeys.

You'll work alongside people to understand their strengths, needs, choices and aspirations, helping them develop the skills, confidence and support networks they need to live more fulfilling and independent lives.
