Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with warmth and efficiency. You will act as the local expert on brunch spots and attractions, guiding guests to create memorable stays.

In a lively hotel setting, you will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, manage bookings and guest requests, and deliver personal service that makes guests feel valued and at home.
