Job summary

Qualifications

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism at check-in and check-out.
• Handle bookings, inquiries and requests efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and welcoming.
• Keep the front desk tidy and organized, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
