Tesco is seeking a Shift Leader for the Knaresborough Express store. You will lead the team to deliver a high-quality in-store experience, coordinating across store areas and supporting colleagues in daily operations.

You will act as the go-to leader in the Manager’s absence while promoting inclusivity and excellent service. The role emphasizes flexible decision-making, strong communication, and a proactive approach to serving customers, communities, and the planet.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will need
