Tesco is hiring a Shift Leader for Maylands Plaza Express in Hemel Hempstead. The role involves leading the store team to deliver a great customer experience across all areas, with the manager absent. You will foster inclusive relationships, coach staff, and respond flexibly to changing needs.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for
