Job summary

TUI is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Bristol Knowle store to lead, coach and develop a team of destination experts who sell holidays, cruises and UK breaks while delivering exceptional service. You’ll work with your manager to set standards, train colleagues and ensure a welcoming, high-performing shop floor that puts customers at the heart of the business.

You’ll cover varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with opportunities to grow through our commission scheme and

• Assist with developing the team to proactively investigate and resolve questions or complaints.
• Work with a variety of systems to enhance knowledge and improve the customer digital journey.
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist with recruiting talent and maintaining high engagement and low attrition.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
