Voyage Care in Hoveton is seeking genuine, hands-on Support Workers to boost independence and quality of life for the people we support. You’ll work flexible shifts across a supported living service, helping with daily tasks, personal care, and linking people to community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support role is desirable.
• Drivers license is required to access community settings.
• Flexibility to work in shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Typical Shifts are: Monday-Sunday 8am-3pm 3pm-10pm and 10pm-8am (waking nights)

35 Hours Per week - Full UK manual/Auto license required

We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Hoveton is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support along the coast having a picnic, the next you could be unwinding with them doing activities of their choice in service.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
