Voyage Care in Hoveton is seeking a genuinely caring, hands-on Support Worker to help residents gain more independence and participate in daily activities. You’ll work within a dynamic team and provide practical support, companionship, and personal care where needed.

Typical shifts are 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, and 10pm-8am (waking nights); 35 hours per week, with full UK manual or auto license required so you can support residents in the local community.

Qualifications

• Must be genuinely caring and hands-on.
• Able to work flexible shifts and in a team.
• Full UK manual or automatic driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Help residents gain independence in daily living.
• Assist with personal care as needed.

Support Worker – Hoveton - £13.05 ph

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Hoveton is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support along the coast having a picnic, the next you could be unwinding with them doing activities of their choice in service.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
