Job summary

Nurseline Healthcare, part of the Catalyst Care Group, recruits a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support individuals with complex needs in schools, hospitals, supported living, residential settings and in their homes. You will assist with daily living, promote independence, and work on flexible 4–8 hour or longer shifts depending on care packages.

The role requires at least 6 months healthcare experience, a valid driving license, and a DBS check. NVQ Level 3 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care preferred but not required with five years of experience.
• Valid driving license (manual preferred).
• Experience in schools, supported living, and residential care.
• Clean DBS check.
• Ability to handle last-minute changes and cover shifts on short notice with calmness and efficiency during dynamic healthcare situations.
