Cygnet is seeking a confident, caring Learning Disabilities Support Worker at Devon Lodge in Hedge End. You’ll provide person-centred, flexible support tailored to each individual and help them thrive in daily living skills, personal care and wellbeing needs.

We are offering a

42‑hour contract, working a variety of daytime shifts. Some shifts may start at

7 am, while others may finish at

10 pm, across a

Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each person’s specific needs.
