We're looking for a Contract Support Officer to provide high-quality support across our Property Services directorate, helping to ensure services are delivered consistently, efficiently and effectively.
As a key member of the Strategic Repairs Team, you'll support contract teams with the production and management of essential documentation. You will support the M&E teams with contract management workstreams including complaint management, procurement processes, KPI compliance and regular audits of internal processes. You'll ensure information is accurately tracked and maintained throughout the contract lifecycle, while confidently representing the team at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
You'll coordinate regular reviews of Property Services policies and procedures, working with operational teams to implement and communicate updates. You'll also collate and prepare documentation for internal and external audits, helping to ensure the directorate remains compliant and audit ready.
