Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to influence practice and support colleagues, helping to improve outcomes for the people we support.

In this hands-on role you'll work with managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed PBS, trauma-informed and person-centred practice, coaching others and delivering thoughtful, consistent support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• Good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.

• Embed Positive Behaviour Support across services and lead by example.
• Coach colleagues and support PBS plans to improve everyday outcomes.

We’re seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support

In this hands‑on role, you’ll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma‑informed and person‑centred practice. You’ll lead by example - coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support.
