Job summary

Concept Resources in Halstead, England, seeks an experienced Mobile Handyperson to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across client premises. • Complete painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, lock replacements and toilet facility repairs.
• Diagnose faults and respond to urgent building maintenance requests.
• Work with specialist contractors and other engineers where needed.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections and maintenance work.
• Follow health and safety procedures and communicate progress clearly with clients and colleagues.
