Job summary

PRS LTD in York is recruiting a Maintenance Handyperson for a temporary ongoing role, with a view to Temp to Perm for the right candidate.

The position covers a large estate in the Stockton-on-Tees area and involves general handyperson tasks, including compliance checks and basic trades. The role is Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm with some flexibility in start/finish times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of Handyperson or fabric maintenance
• Able to complete PPM and reactive maintenance
• Ideally to have estate or facilities experience
• To be able to complete compliance checks
• Able to clear a vetting check

Basic: Circa £30,000 – Mon-Fri (14.66/hr)
Location: York
We are recruiting for aMaintenance Handypersonbased in theStokcton-on-Tees area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general handyperson aspects of building maintenance including compliance checks, general building upkeep, basic trades etc.The role is a temporary position with a view to move to a Temp-Perm role for the right candidate.Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm (flexibility with start and finish times)

Handyperson Duties
