Job summary

Concept Resources in Halstead, England, seeks an experienced Mobile Handyperson to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across client premises. The role covers general building repairs and prompt responses to urgent maintenance issues. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with a one-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week).

Contract: Temporary vacancy cover, 28 September to 31 October 2026. You will diagnose faults, coordinate with contractors, keep records, and follow health and safety

Responsibilities

• Complete painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, lock replacements and toilet facility repairs.
• Diagnose faults and respond to urgent building maintenance requests.
• Work with specialist contractors and other engineers where needed.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections and maintenance work.
• Follow health and safety procedures and communicate progress clearly with clients and colleagues.
