Job summary

PRS is seeking a Fabric Maintenance Handyperson for a temporary ongoing role based in York, with a view to move to Temp-Perm for the right candidate. The role covers maintenance of a large estate and involves general handyperson tasks, compliance checks, and basic trades.

Hours are Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm, with some flexibility in start/finish times. Experience in handyperson or fabric maintenance is required, along with the ability to perform PPM and reactive maintenance and to pass vetting checks.

Qualifications

• Previous Handyperson or fabric maintenance experience.
• Ability to complete PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Estate or facilities experience preferred.
• Able to pass vetting checks.

Basic: Circa £30,000 - Mon-Fri (14.66/hr)

Location: York

We are recruiting for aMaintenance Handypersonbased in theStokcton-on-Tees area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general handyperson aspects of building maintenance including compliance checks, general building upkeep, basic trades etc.The role is a temporary position with a view to move to a Temp-Perm role for the right candidate.Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm (flexibility with start and finish times)

Handyperson Duties:

• Completing general PPM and reactive maintenance
• Basic plumbing
• Basic fabric maintenance
• Caretaking and porterage
• Tap temps
• Emergency light checks
• All ad- hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience of Handyperson or fabric maintenance
• Able to complete PPM and reactive maintenance
• Ideally to have estate or facilities experience
• To be able to complete compliance checks
• Able to clear a vetting check
