Job summary

Randstad CPE invites a qualified asbestos surveyor to join a leading compliance and surveying practice in the UK. You will perform a full range of asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties while advising clients with specialist technical support and precise survey reports.

Responsibilities include management, refurbishment and demolition surveys to HSG264 guidelines; collecting samples for UKAS labs; producing detailed reports and floor plans with electronic survey

Qualifications

• Solid practical experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, and/or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys

across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties in accordance with

HSG264

guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS-accredited testing facilities.

Complete detailed survey reports and floor plan drawings using electronic survey software.

Build and maintain client relationships, providing technical guidance and specialist advice.

Required Qualifications & Experience

(or recognized equivalent).

Solid practical experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, and/or industrial environments.

Full UK driving licence
