Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor in Guildford for a full-time, permanent role. You will conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, providing specialist technical guidance and accurate survey reporting. The role requires BOHS P402 or equivalent, solid surveying experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, and Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties in accordance with HSG264 guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS-accredited testing facilities.
• Complete detailed survey reports and floor plan drawings using electronic survey software.
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing technical guidance and specialist advice.

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Locations: Guildford

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 base salary (exclusive of weekend working) On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £51,000 (including weekend overtime)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading compliance and surveying practice. In this role, you will conduct a full range of asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties while supporting clients with specialist technical advice and accurate survey reporting.
